1. 14-Day Free Trial
NineAuth provides a completely free 14-day trial of the Growth tier with zero payment method required. This allows full evaluation of runtime throughput, SDK integration, and dashboard capabilities before incurring any financial commitment.
2. Monthly Billing & Cancellation
Paid subscription plans are billed on a 30-day advance cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing management dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which it smoothly transitions to read-only status without disrupting end-user licenses.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because of our no-risk free trial and instant server provisioning, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you experienced a major billing error or prolonged platform downtime caused directly by NineAuth, contact billing@nineauth.xyz within 7 days of the charge for manual review.
