Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NineAuth platform, management API, runtime infrastructure, and software development kits (SDKs), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Service Description & SLA

NineAuth provides developer authentication, hardware-locked license verification, and session management infrastructure. We commit to maintaining high availability on runtime authorization endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

3. Developer Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your API keys, management credentials, and webhook endpoints. You must not attempt to reverse engineer NineAuth server binaries, intentionally degrade runtime throughput, or resell infrastructure access in violation of plan quotas.

4. Subscription, Billing & Read-Only State

Subscriptions renew on a 30-day billing cycle. In the event of trial expiration or non-payment, accounts transition into a read-only state. Existing end-user runtime requests continue to be evaluated to prevent software interruption, while new resource creation in the management dashboard is restricted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NineAuth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized client binary tampering, third-party network outages, or hardware failures.
